Customers of Blueface whatever else you do note these 6 points

bLUEFACE CUSTOMER via Reseller

There are two main types of entities that sell VoIP phone service
VoIP Providers and Resellers
most Resellers were overtly or blindly selling Blueface
and why not it was the IBM

and there would be no growth in the Irish VoIP market without the excellent Resellers

Your Reseller will be moving provider, watch out!

ASK COMREG
Comreg the regulator will agree an outcome with  Blueface, We have previous experience of this when another VoIP Provider wound up, everthing worked out perfectly. So there is no need to panic

Considerations for Resellers moving to a new provider

Blueface Resellers will now migrate to a new VoIP Provider
maybe one that they have no experience of, and bringing their customer base with them. A Reseller would be making a grave mistake to move all their customers to the one new provider. Resellers may consider splitting split business between 2 to 3 providers based on customer size, requirements, geographical location or budget.

This would create a vibrant Irish VoIP market
and a perfect start to the end of ISDN

Pehaps Comreg will advise

Blueface

Far from the end this could very well be the real beginning of Blueface as Comcast assimilate it into their home USA business
and turn a profit, but those customers left here would be supported by Comcast in the States (check it out)and billed in US dollars, as others USA VoIP providers operating here are already doing

Longest established Irish VoIP providers

Please stop me if you have heard this one before

Voiptel Est in 2007 and B2B since 2010
IP Telecom since 2010

Goldfish 2010
and many more excellent companies since

BEWARE OF GEEKS BEARING GIFTS
Don't jump from the frying pan to the fire
You have now seen the way that companies that sell remotely can go.
Get beyond the flashy website and 1st result on Google, that is usually the dearest and the worst option. In this business we have always found that it is better to get out and meet the customer, see the site and understand their business.
